I write, I wonder and I wander.

I’m a creative fiction and travel writer concerned with wilderness and weirdness. Raised in an alternative eco-community in the mountains of Malaga, Spain, and educated in the art schools of Cambridge, UK. I now live somewhere in-between.

My fiction has won or been nominated for various awards including The Molotov Cocktail Prize, Aesthetica Magazine Creative Writing Award and the Desperate Literature Prize. Publications include The Dark Mountain Project, Bath Flash Fiction Anthology, Writers Rebel, Bandit Fiction, Astray, Ellipsis Zine and Fictive Dream.

My short stories feature vengeful landmasses, murderous trees and erotic apocalypses. My travel writing deals with the joys of pilgrimage, trespass and pagan ritual. For a flavour of my work, here’s a short story about eating the planet; a travel piece about swimming in my father’s ashes; and an eco-love-poem about finding beauty in a burning world.
